GTK
Install manually
Download using the GitHub .zip download option and extract the .zip file to the themes directory i.e. /usr/share/themes/minimal-mistakes or ~/.themes/minimal-mistakes (create it if necessary).
Install using Git
If you are a git user, you can install the theme and keep up to date by cloning the repo:
git clone https://github.com/Minimal-Mistakes/gtk.git ~/.themes/minimal-mistakes/
Activating theme
To activate the theme in Gnome, run the following commands in Terminal:
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface gtk-theme "Minimal-Mistakes"
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences theme "Minimal-Mistakes"
or Change via distribution specific tweak tool.
Icon Theme (optional)
Install manually
